Impact aims to make sending and receiving avail checks as easy as possible. When you get an avail check email, all you need to do is select “Yes” or “No” to notify the hirer of your availability.
I received an Avail Check and have follow-up questions about the position. How do I reach out to the Hirer to learn more?
At this time, you can only reply “Yes” or “No” to the Avail Check. If you have any interest in the position, select “Yes”so that the Hirer is able to reach out to you with more information and to discuss the role further. If you select “No” that will end the conversation with the Hirer. Their contact information will not be shared with you.

It varies from person-to-person, but Impact works with a network of producers and hiring crew members who would love to stay in touch with crew members they've worked with in the past, and they provided your information so we could help them make sure what they have on file is up-to-date and be able to send you future avail checks.
Your contact information is NOT shared publicly with anyone who uses Impact without your permission. The Hirer who sent you this avail check CANNOT see your contact information. They will only be able to see your contact information if you respond “Yes” to the avail check and want to continue hiring conversations. If you do not respond to the avail check or reply “No” your contact information will not be shared.
