You may receive a message like the one you see above in this screenshot. This message only appears when you attempt to send an Avail Check to List contact that does not have an email address.
How does Impact help with my Avail Check?
- By entering in the email address and or phone number, we attempt to reach out to that contact on your behalf to ensure contact data is correct.
- If you do not have that information, we will attempt to find that information with the help of our Support Team.
- If the contact data is correct, we update the Profile with the correct contact information and send your Avail Check to them.
