- Head to https://apply.impact.net/ if you aren't already there
- Type in an Email Address
- Click Next
- Click on "Trouble signing in?"
- Confirm the email you wish to reset the password for
- Click Send
Application Portal Password Reset Email
After you click send you should receive a password email reset with the title: "Reset your password for Imagine Impact" sent from noreply@imagine-impact.firebaseapp.com
- Click on the link in the Email
- Confirm the email that you are resetting the password for
- Type in the new password in the New Password box
- Click on the eye icon to reveal the password in case you feel you mistyped
- Click Save
- You should see a confirmation page stating: "Password changed"
- Head back to https://apply.impact.net/ to log in with the new email & password
I Did Not Receive Application Portal Password Reset Email
- Please check your Email Spam inbox for the email
- Whitelist noreply@imagine-impact.firebaseapp.com email in your whitelist
- Try a second time to reset the password
- If you still don't receive the email, send an email to help@impact.net for further support.
