If you have requested access and are asked to join the Impact Network, you will receive an email asking you to claim your profile. Select the “Claim My Profile” button. From there, you will be taken to a new window to verify the profile information, confirm your email and create a new password.
Rejecting and Re-Claiming A New Impact Account
If you are sent a claim link for a profile that is not you, please “reject” the profile claim. In order for us to locate the correct profile for you or create a new one, please send a verifiable IMDb link. Sending an accurate IMDb link will help expedite the process of getting you onboarded onto the platform.
