What is happening? ARRAY Crew is a part of Impact?
Yes! ARRAY Crew has joined forces with Impact to become the largest hiring network for the entertainment industry. Going forward, ARRAY Crew members will become a part of the Impact network and gain access to our collaborative tools. Together as one service, we will continue on our joint mission to make hiring, collaboration and communication in the film and TV industry more efficient and inclusive; empowering the people who bring stories to life.
What is the ARRAY Crew badge?
The ARRAY Crew badge is a feature that will allow hirers to search for those that identify as women, people of color or those from another underrepresented population. The badge is designed to promote inclusion, increasing visibility to hirers who are committed to promoting diverse and inclusive hiring standards and work environments on set.
Why should I self identify?
The ARRAY Crew badge is totally optional, but we encourage those that identify with these groups to apply for a badge! Hirers will be able to filter by the ARRAY Crew badge when submitting Avail Checks. Gone are the days of “we can’t find anyone.”
Who is the badge for?
We are reserving the badge for those that identify as–
- Women
- Non-binary, Genderfluid, or Agender
- Transgender
- LGBTQIA+
- Persons of Color
- Military Veterans
- Persons with a disability
How do I apply for it?
If you are new to the Impact network, you can apply for the badge by selecting the ARRAY Crew button on the Access Request Form, and filling out the subsequent badge survey.
