How do I access the Impact network?
Login to your existing account at https://app.impact.net/login. To request access to the Impact network, navigate to https://impact.net/access and fill out the form. Learn more about requesting access HERE.
Am I able to download an Impact app onto my phone?
Yes! The Impact app is available to download on the Google Play Store and for iOS. The app is available in all of North America, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
I already have an unclaimed Impact profile. How did you get my information?
We source our data from Variety Insight. If your information is listed on the Luminate Film & TV database, we likely have a profile for you within the Impact network.
I don’t feel comfortable sharing my contact information with others. Am I able to keep that hidden?
Your contact information is locked and hidden from anyone you are not connected with on the Impact network. Below is how your Contact Info appears to non-connections:
I am available to work in multiple locations. How do I reflect that on my profile?
Everyone must list a home base, but you can also set multiple preferred working locations to your Impact profile. On your profile page, select the pencil icon within the “Availability” box to update your preferred working locations. Learn more about editing your availability and work locations HERE.
How do I update my profile credits?
You are able to add, delete and update existing credits to your profile at any time. Begin by selecting the pencil icon within the “Credit Spotlight” or “Credits” box. To update an existing credit, select the production that the credit is listed under, then edit or delete any necessary credits from there. To add a new credit, select “Add New Credit,” then type to search the name of the production you have worked on. You can manually type in your role, or select from the drop-down menu. I am unable to add a credit because the production I worked on isn’t listed within the Impact network. What do I do now?
If you’re unable to find a production you’ve worked on, please select the “Request A Production” button to have it added to the Impact network. Please note: We are not adding Shorts, Music Videos or Video Game credits to the Impact network at this time. Learn more about submitting a Production Request HERE.
How do I delete my profile?
To delete your profile from the Impact network, please email help@impact.net with your full name and email address.
