Search for a Contact on a List

  1. While viewing a List of your choice, locate the search bar on the top of the screen
  2. Type in the Contact's First and or Last Name
  3. The list will update to only show that Contact's name
  4. To reset the search, clear out the text within the search bar

Filtering Contacts on a List

  1. While viewing a List of your choice, locate the Filter link to right of the Search bar
  2. A Tag sidebar will appear
  3. Either Search for the tag of your choice and select the tag by clicking directly on the tag or select a tag of your choosing by clicking on the Tags listed on the sidebar
  4. To remove a tag from the search, click the X with a circle in the Search box.
  5. Otherwise, click on Filter once more then click the X with a circle within each to remove the tag

Sorting Contacts on a List

  1. While viewing a List of your choice, locate the Sort link to right of the Search bar
  2. Click on the Sort Bar
  3. Choose the following options to sort from:
    1. Last Updated
    2. First Name (A-Z)
    3. First Name (Z-A)
    4. Last Name (A-Z)
    5. Last Name (Z-A)
    6. Rep Company (A-Z)
    7. Rep Company (Z-A)
    8. Status (Ascending)
    9. Status (Descending)

Selecting Multiple Contacts

  1. While viewing a List of your choice, locate the Select Multiple link on the right side beneath Filter and Sort.
  2. Click on Select Multiple
  3. The following will happen:

Name column will shift to the right, allowing you to select multiple contacts towards left side of the Profile avatar circle (See above). Additionally, the Select Multiple menu should appear on the bottom with the following choices:

  • Select All
    • Select every contact on the List you are viewing
  • Remove
    • Allows you to remove multiple contacts from the List
  • Delete (Only in My Network)
    • Allows you to delete multiple contacts from your Network
  • Add to List
    • Allows you to add multiple contacts to a List
  • Cancel
    • Cancel any changes that haven't been made
