Why is it important to list your reps on your profile?
If you have reps, it’s always great to have them listed on your profile as a reference contact and validator of your work.
Add Representation via Add Section button
- Head to your profile page.
- Click on Add Section button on the top right
- Click on Representation
- See "Add New Representation" for further instructions
Add Representation via Edit button
- Head to your profile page.
- Locate the Representation block on your profile
- Click on the Pencil button on the Representation block
- See "Add New Representation" for further instructions
Add New Representation
Once you've activated the Edit Representation box, you can add New Representation.
- Add Rep company by either choosing from the Dropdown box or by typing out the Rep Company's name. Rep Company is required.
- Add the First, and the Last Name of your Representation. Last name is required.
- Add the Email of your Representation
- Add the Phone number of your Representation
- Set as Point Rep if the Rep is your main contact
- Click Add Contact
- Click Saves Changes
Edit Existing Representation
- Click on the Pencil icon (Edit) on the "REPRESENTATION" block
- Click Edit on the Rep that you would like to make changes to
- Update existing information of your choice
- Click Update Contact
- Click Saves Changes
Delete Existing Representation
- Click on the Pencil icon (Edit) on the "REPRESENTATION" block
- Click Edit on the Rep that you would like to Delete
- Click Delete
- Click Save Changes
Set a Rep as a Point Rep
- Click on the Pencil icon (Edit) on the "REPRESENTATION" block
- Click Edit on the Rep that you would like to set as a Point Rep
- Click Set as Point Rep
- Click Update Contact
- Click Saves Changes
